About

Hello! My name is Lexi Baboukis, and I am an illustrator based from Commack, New York. I’m twenty-two years old and from the time I can remember I’ve been creating. I use a rendered style with traditional mediums, to tell stories with my work. Experimenting with lighting, expressions and colors, I use art as a way to explore. I’ve always been inspired by the world and people around me. My passion for art took me through high school and led me to the University of Hartford. Where I graduated in 2025 with a concentration in Illustration and art history. Toward the end of my education, I took what I learned into action, and it took me down some exciting paths! 

When I’m not working on art you can find me at the nearest local restaurant, trying some new food. Growing up as a Greek American food is a big part of my culture, as it is for many others. Another interest I have is watching movies, I used to be way too scared to watch anything horror, now it's one of my favorite genres.
